Our interactive software T.O.P. (Tool Operator Package), dedicated to grinding, guides the operator step by step on how to operate the machine in compliance with safety regulations. The software allows to easily manage automatic grinding cycles, roughing, semi-finishing, finishing and flash hider during plunge grind and reciprocating grind cycles.
This man-machine interface uses a few simple pages with graphic support. The operator can set up operations to perform through guided procedures and the execution of all available workings.
The workhead, with fixed and rotating spindle, is perfect for grinding between the centersand between centers on chuck . Manufactured with high-precision bearings, which guarantee the highest roundness accuracy of less than 0.001 mm, the new workhead can be on a swivelling base, with the option of a micrometric adjustment device. Progressive speed variation is by means of a Brushless AC motor, while to facilitate movement during machine set-up, the unit is equipped with a lightening system.
